Family & Friends

    Our families are very important in our lives.   Jen is the oldest of four siblings and Marty is the older of two brothers.  We are close with all of our siblings and their spouses.  Alexa also has three cousins:  Olivia and Cassandra are close to her age and she has a new baby cousin, Maizie.  Everyone is very excited about our plan to adopt another baby and can’t wait to give lots of kisses and hugs!

      We share holidays with family and friends.  We all take turns hosting celebrations for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Passover.  Our children will learn to celebrate the richness of our traditions and customs.  We want our children to know that they are valued, and should value others as well.

    We have a diverse group of friends: They are all fun-loving, respectful, interesting and caring individuals. Each has their own story and we are happy to have them as a part of our lives. Every single one of them is a source of comfort, amusement, excitement and strength.
